Hey there, I'm Dani. I'm 18 years old, love to cook and listen to music. I also adore helping people, giving gifts, and making people laugh :) I'm taken and love my husband-to-be to death. Tuesday’s Breakfast- Smoothie.. IN A BOWL!
Its amazing, I simply cannot convey to you in words how amazing this is.. you’ll just have to try it for yourself :)
Ingredients:
- 1 Banana, chopped and frozen (MUST be frozen- freeze the night before)
- A handful of strawberries (about 5) chopped, and frozen
- 1 cup of soy milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1-2 tsp honey
- About a tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of flaxseeds (optional- I use for extra omega 3 and protein)
- 1-2 dessert spoons of your favourite protein powder (also optional)
You’ll need a good blender for this, as it takes a bit to blend up the frozen fruit, but definitely don’t skip the freezing- it gives a thick consistency. Blend all together and pour into a small bowl.
Top with a handful or so of your favourite muesli (also optional) and ENJOY :)
