Tuesday’s Breakfast- Smoothie.. IN A BOWL! 
Its amazing, I simply cannot convey to you in words how amazing this is.. you’ll just have to try it for yourself :) 
Ingredients: 
1 Banana, chopped and frozen (MUST be frozen- freeze the night before) 
A handful of strawberries (about 5) chopped, and frozen
1 cup of soy milk 
1 tsp cinnamon
1-2 tsp honey 
About a tablespoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of flaxseeds (optional- I use for extra omega 3 and protein) 
1-2 dessert spoons of your favourite protein powder (also optional) 
You’ll need a good blender for this, as it takes a bit to blend up the frozen fruit, but definitely don’t skip the freezing- it gives a thick consistency. Blend all together and pour into a small bowl.
Top with a handful or so of your favourite muesli (also optional) and ENJOY :)
